Most lawyers focus on a field important to them (e.g. real estate transactions, criminal law, medical malpractice, etc.). We instead choose to focus on the type of client we want to represent, those being in the hospitality industry. For us to be successful we have to know the restaurant hospitality industries and our clients from the inside and out, and we prefer that style of practice.
